Also, games get people to think together, as a team, and everyone in the group has his own inputs and also shares ideas irrespective or cast and creed. When one has input he or she has ownership, and when sooner this ratio increase there is more success. Games become more relevant in the context of technique called framing wherein all barriers of caste and creed are shred off and focus is built upon to make the group or team more effective and powerful to achieve success towards common goal of win.Games are used to build a sense of opportunity, passion, and purpose. Playing Games become pacifiers for the participants, as to elevate their potential and to settle the appetite of the group hungering for power. In quality education, games when used in the name of context of lessons students eagerly learn them with a sense of purpose and stays back in their mind longer lasting. However, when teachers use games as just the fillers students respond lazily and does not has much impact on them.
